The key terms used in this document and their meanings are defined below.

• Platform — refers to the my777 website, mobile site, and all related digital services.
• User / Player — refers to anyone who has registered an account and uses the services on the platform.
• Bonus Funds — playing credits granted by my777 — these are not equivalent to cash and can only be converted to cash once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering Requirement — the minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Services — refers to casino games, football articles, payment services, and any other services provided by my777.

These terms and conditions apply to the platform alongside its related policies. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall take precedence and be binding.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at my777 — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly, but may be delayed due to bank processing times.
• Deposits made using a third party's funds are not permitted — the name on the deposit must match the account name.
• Once a deposit has been made, the funds cannot be withdrawn until my777 has completed its verification process.
• my777 may request cooperation from the player's bank or payment provider to resolve issues arising from technical errors.

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request being submitted.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn as cash after the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• In line with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy, my777 may request KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• my777 may freeze a withdrawal if there are suspicious circumstances (for example, suspected financial fraud), and the player will be notified if this occurs.

Bonus examples —

Bonus terms and conditions —

In the referral program, the referrer receives 8% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred player's confirmed activity.

• my777's services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime.
• my777 is not responsible for any personal financial losses, bankruptcy, or personal harm resulting from a player's own gambling activity.

Players may also close their own account. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will only be returned after a full review is completed.
